Delivery

Fast delivery is important for us, which is why we try to ship all parcels within 1-3 working days. You are always welcome to contact us for accurate information about your order. If a problem should occur with your order, we will contact you directly by e-mail.

 

Delivery includes all local taxes and duties — there are no surprise charges at delivery!

 

 

Returns

For the festive season, we’ve extended our returns policy to help you shop with confidence for gifts. Purchases made online between 26 November 2025 and 19 December 2025 can be returned until 16 January 2026.

For purchases made from 20 December 2025 onwards, our standard returns policy will apply.

 

Standard Returns Policy

Upon delivery of your order you have 14 days to register a return. Please register your return here.

When returning from Norway please be aware that Dea Kudibal does not cover the return expenses and this will not be refunded. You must send with all costs covered and arrange return shipment from your location to our warehouse. If this does not happen, we cannot accept the return parcel and it will be returned to you. 

 

Goods must be returned unused and must be returned with the original price tag. 

Once a return order has been received by our warehouse please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
