Delivery & Returns
Return orders made from non-EU registered countries are to be paid by the customer.
Please contact us a before returning to get a return number.
We recommend sending return parcels via BRING. It is the customers responsibility to arrange and book the return of the parcel. Please be aware that we do not cover the return expenses, duty or VAT and this will not be refunded. The customer must send with all costs covered and arrange return shipment from the customers location to our warehouse. If this does not happen, we cannot accept the return parcel and it will be returned.

Remember to get a proof of postage together with a tracking number. Dea Kudibal can not be held liable for packages sent without proof of postage and tracking.
Goods must be returned unused and must be returned with the original price tag. We strive to uphold an easy and fast return process. Once a return order has been received and accepted, it subsequently takes approximately 14 working days before the refunded amount has been transferred back to the customer’s bank account. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
