The Blue House
Step inside a story spun from brushstrokes, blooms and
the spellbinding world of Bjørn Wiinblad - one of Denmark’s most imaginative
and beloved artists. A true master of fantasy, colour and storytelling, he
filled every medium he touched with joy - from richly decorated ceramics and
whimsical illustrations to theatre sets, textiles and tapestries.

Spring 2026
His home, the legendary Blue House in Kongens Lyngby,
was more than a residence. It was a world of wonder, bursting with colour,
fantasy and creativity - and it’s here that the Spring 26 collection from DEA
KUDIBAL finds its muse.
We’ve wandered through The Blue House - past
hand-painted ceramics and lush textiles, into a garden blooming with
imagination. Poetic florals, layered prints and flowing silhouettes nod to
Wiinblad’s world of round-faced muses, delicate linework and Eastern-inspired
decoration. Colours drift from misty pastels to bold terracotta and sky blue,
softened by linen whites and dreamlike neutrals.
Spring 2026
We wanted each piece in the collection to feel like a
little portal into Wiinblad’s world. You’ll find poetic prints, hand-drawn
florals and expressive silhouettes that echo his spirit of playfulness and
artistic charm. One standout piece features a whimsical print called The
Blue House, delicately embroidered onto a jacket - playful,
romantic and full of character. From airy embroidered cottons to
watercolour-inspired dresses, every garment is designed to help women feel
confident, creative and beautifully alive.
The campaign was shot at Hornbækhus — a charming hotel
just north of Copenhagen, where every room is unique, filled with hand-picked
furniture, art and vintage treasures. With Wiinblad’s whimsical pieces woven
into the décor, it felt like the perfect setting for a collection rooted in
joy, creativity and everyday magic.

This is a collection that invites women to live colourfully, to tell their own
story — and to feel as though they’re stepping inside a fairytale of their own
making.
